Solution Architecture
Translate business intent into practical systems, integrations, data flows, and technology choices.
CLOUD / API / DATA / SECURITYI connect business, architecture, and engineering — then build what matters. From enterprise platforms to independent AI products.
A LITTLE ABOUT ME
years navigating business and technology
I'm Kanphong — a project manager, solution architect, engineer, and lifelong maker. For more than two decades, I've helped turn uncertain requirements into systems that teams can actually operate.
My approach crosses boundaries: understand the business problem, shape the architecture, get close to the code, and own the delivery details. I prefer systems that are practical, explainable, cost-aware, and human-controlled.
Outside client work, I build my own tools, experiment with local-first AI, and keep learning by making things real.
I move comfortably between boardroom questions, architecture diagrams, engineering trade-offs, and production readiness.
Translate business intent into practical systems, integrations, data flows, and technology choices.
CLOUD / API / DATA / SECURITYMake scope, risks, evidence, testing, and acceptance visible so teams can deliver with confidence.
PM / QA / RISK / CHANGEBuild grounded AI workflows with deterministic controls, human oversight, and disciplined cost boundaries.
LLM / AGENTS / LOCAL-FIRSTPrototype, connect, test, troubleshoot, and ship across web apps, infrastructure, and automation.
FULL-STACK / DEVOPS / UXA mix of independent experiments and anonymized enterprise work. Each represents a problem worth untangling.
A growing family of purpose-built tools for project delivery, quality assurance, creative production, and automation. Separate products, shared engineering principles.
Experiments in agent orchestration, LLM routing, human review, resumable jobs, and the trade-off between capability, reliability, and operating cost.
Architecture and delivery across complex application workflows, cloud platforms, integration, governance, and operational readiness. Client identities and internal details are intentionally withheld.
Personal explorations in memory, journaling, interface design, and small tools that make everyday life a little more intentional.
* Client and project names are intentionally anonymized. Product descriptions are high-level and do not imply public release.
THE PRINCIPLE
MORE THAN MY JOB TITLE
When I'm not designing systems, you'll find me exploring Japan, riding, building DIY things, tinkering with hardware, or being thoroughly outsmarted by a cat.
The cat gets to keep its real portrait. I chose an illustration.
